Returns and Exchanges |
Please be aware, as stated in our product listings, the image provided on each product page is a guide only. As each piece is hand made, variations in colors will be present, and each piece may have a different ratio of colors when multiple colors are used. Some pigment flecks may appear in your piece also, these are not imperfections but rather just what makes them unique and are a part of the resin and polymer clay making process.

Ship items back to us within: 15 days of delivery 
We do not accept returns or cancellations, unless your order arrives broken or damaged. But please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problems with your order. 
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged;
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept exchanges or returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale, samples, seconds
  • Items that have been worn
Conditions of return:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
